20 Complaints are lodged against paradigm mall. All the issues below are posted on the official page

1) When the traffic is bad, the tunnel ( which leads to SS7/26) opposite the mall is blocked. This causes massive jam

2) Basement carpark is too dusty, too many exit signs which none showing the correct ways

3) “The entrance” sign and the “lift to shopping mall” sign are incorrect in basement carpark

4) The lifts malfunctioned and plunged
e.g being stucked inside a lift for 1 hour , the lift shaken heavily until the lift door is broken

5) Too many foreigner security guards who don’t understand english and malay

6) Very big sound pollution from the big air con compressor

7) When the car parks were full, the cars are double parked outside the mall causing massive jam

8 ) The parking ramp from B1 to B2 is extremely ramp and the car almost scratches the wall

9) The pedestrian pathway from SS 7/19 to paradigm mall is very bad.
Crossing all roads are very dangerous as there is no sign or pedestrian crossing over

10) The level indicator of the lift are not tally with the signages outside the lift

11) Baby rooms are very dirty. Dustbins are overflowed with diapers. Very smelly

12) The floor is very dusty and slippery. People slipped and sprained the legs

13) Not all lifts are functioning

14) Mobile phone signals are very bad

15) Escalator rails are too low

16) Male toilets are very dirty and wet

17) Not enough dustbins

18) The roads which connect jalan bahagia to jalan ss7/17 are pretty uneven,
the road incline exiting the tunnel is pretty steep with a dip, not friendly for cars which are vertically challenged,
The roads that joined Jalan SS7/17 from the tunnel is very dangerous,
one would have to make a quick dash to cross the road where many cars zoom by

19) Escalator stopped suddenly

20) Aircon too cold mall wide but too warm in LG
